Booking Procedure, Terms and Conditions

To check availability please contact us via email or telephone (details follow), or follow the link to Abritel on the reservation page, with the dates you require and we will reply by return. If the dates are available we will email to you a booking confirmation form (BCF) with full terms and conditions. We will hold the dates for you for 48hrs after our reply pending receipt of your BCF. On our receipt of the BCF your booking will become provisional, it will be confirmed on receipt of the deposit which is required within 7 days of the return of the BCF.

We require a non-returnable booking confirmation deposit of 25%, with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival. A £100 / €150 deposit against damages is required on arrival. The damage deposit will be returned or accounted for within the 2 weeks following your departure. If your booking is made within 8 weeks of arrival, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made via cheque or direct bank transfer, our bank details will be provided at the time of booking.
